United Launch Alliance

United Launch Alliance needed a seamless, professional headshot experience for its senior leadership, scientists, and technical staff — all within a narrow time window during a multi-site internal initiative.

Challenge

Coordinate headshots across two locations — Cocoa Beach, FL and Denver, CO — while ensuring consistency in lighting, background, posing, and retouching. The Florida team had only a two-hour window and extremely limited availability per person (about two minutes each). The photos needed to match corporate standards and be ready for executive bios, internal platforms, and press kits.

Solution

We set up an efficient on-site booth at ULA’s Cocoa Beach office and photographed 94 individuals in just two hours, keeping pace with a tight schedule. Our system allowed each person to select their favorite image on the spot with real-time previews.

To ensure brand consistency across locations, we worked in close coordination with the team photographing in Denver, providing them with our lighting specs, background assets, and retouching guidelines.
