On-Site Headshot Process

1. Scheduling & Preparation

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you our guide on how to best prepare for your upcoming session.  These tips include what kind of clothes to wear, what colors to pick, and tips on applying makeup for your headshots.

2. Setup & Space

We can set up our portable studio in your office in 45 minutes, needing just a 12’x12’ area. For the best experience, we recommend a quiet space with minimal foot traffic to ensure comfort and focus during the session.

3. The Headshot Session

We'll guide your team members on posing and expressions, and adjust their hair and clothes. Our hair and makeup artists will also reduce skin redness, manage shine, touch-up makeup, and style hair.

4. Image Review & Selection

After shooting, team members can immediately review and select their favorite image immediately via a private online gallery. If they're unhappy for any reason, they can re-shoot before we leave the office.

5. Retouching & Delivery

After selections, we'll retouch your team's headshots, ensuring consistency and quality, and deliver the same-day!
