Pre-Event Coordination

We create a complimentary QR-code sign-up link customized for your event and discuss background and tailored branding options. Additionally you will receive a headshot preparation guide to send your attendees.

Setup

We arrive the day before or extra early the day of your event to set up the station. Full studio complete with lights, backdrop, computers, and staff. Installed in under an hour and only needs a 10’x10’ footprint.

The Headshot Session

Each attendee gets personalized coaching for posing and expression. We’ll adjust hair, collars, and anything that needs a quick fix.
Add-ons like a hair and makeup artist are available for extra polish - and it actually make the headshots MORE efficient.

Image Review & Selection
